Paul Hacket: come back
What happened to Hackett is why I don't consider myself a democrat.
You can't invite a candidate to run and then cut them loose; it's the wrong way to run a party.

I listened to his interview yesterday on the Ed Shultz show (www.wegoted.com), and my speculation is that Paul may indeed have had engaged in war crime activity in Iraq.
I come to this conclusion b/c on the interview, the talk show host asked him if Paul had done so, and Mr. Hackett avoided the question. At one point he said that the swiftvet campaign against him was untrue, but it was vague. Later, when asked point blank (pardon the Cheney Pun) about it, Paul just said that it is just such an upsetting question and the topic was changed.
It's just my hunch. Even still, I think Paul Hackett would make a fine leader. I do think that behavior in a time of war should be looked at through a lens that acknowledges the hell of war.
